op.cit. is proud to present The City of Smiling Windows, an exhibition that presents a selection of artworks by Alan Martín Segal, including works from 2014 to date, that unfold in chapters, episodes and parts of a hidden whole.

Alan Martín Segal was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is an artist and filmmaker whose work has been presented in various international institutions, galleries, and biennials including the Hessel Museum of Art, Annandale-on-Hudson, New York; Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art; BIENALSUR; The Kitchen, New York; and SculptureCenter, New York. His films have been featured in film festivals such as the New York Film Festival; Vienna International Film Festival; FIDMarseille; Rencontres Internationales, Paris/Berlin; Jeonju International Film Festival, Korea; and Festival Internacional de Cine de Mar del Plata, Argentina. Segal lives between New York and Buenos Aires.
